E-mail us with the details of your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice is completed, we will send you an e-mail with an estimate as to completion time. Alternately, if the item is in stock, we will ship it immediately upon receiving the PayPal payment.

• For any orders that call for measurements, but are not specific, please e-mail us to find out what measurements we need. This is very important so that the items will fit properly.
• For any custom orders, e-mail us at knotlinks@AOL.COM and we can design your order together to fit your specifications.
• If your item is a beaded item, be sure to check the bead page for your choices. You can choose any standard bead style and material for no additional charge. Beads which do have an additional charge will be noted. The bead page is not yet fully complete, so ask if you don't see what you want.

• Be sure to include you full address, including business name (if applicable) when ordering.
• Include stock number (PERSBRAC,WARRIOR,etc.) if shown, item description, any measurements, and price.
• Add $2.50 for minimum shipping and handling charges, but you may want to e-mail us with your area code so we can give you an exact price.
• Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery; for custom orders we will give you an estimate of "creation time" to add to the time it will take to ship.
• We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders at this time.
